世界的DJバトル大会を運営する団体I.T.F. (International Turntablist Federation)は1996年に発足、活動を開始したI.T.F.はこれまで毎年、世界各地 で行われたDJバトル大会のチャンピオンを集めた世界大会を開催。世界20カ国でそれ ぞれの大会が行われ、これまでのチャンピオンはDJ、トラックメイカー、プロデューサーとしてHip Hopシーンの中心で活躍するまでになっている。
